Universal Testing Machine – SDW-F

The “SDW-F” model is a versatile testing machine that can measure loads ranging from 2kN to 200kN. The force is applied to the test specimen through a gate-type frame. This machine is available in two versions: a desktop model designed for use on worktables and a floor-standing type.

  • The maximum stroke is in the state where the jig in not attached. (SDW-002F~020F : Max 800mm, 050F : Max 1100mm, 100F : Max 1080mm)
  • Loadcell screw size SDW-002F~010F : M12P1.75, 020F : M16P1.5, 050F : M24P2, 100F : M32P2.
  • For options and custom orders, Model SL-6003 measurement amplifier is ’Type B’ with the width of 88mm. (in case of Model SDW-002F~020F)

Features

  • This gate-type frame structure accommodates relatively large test pieces.
  • Additionally, by incorporating a smaller load-range, it can facilitate testing for smaller loads as well.
