Compression Attachments

Compression testing requires precise measurement of pressing force, which can be achieved with the help of compression attachments and jigs. These attachments enable us to conduct a range of tests, such as full sample pressing, one-point pressing, bending, and sticking tests. The compression test is often referred to as the push test.

To measure the force applied during compression testing, compression jigs and attachments can be connected to a force gauge, which can be operated by hand. However, when combined with a push-pull gauge or force gauge, along with a test stand, it can function as a desktop compression tester, providing even more accurate results.

Versatile Compression Attachments

These are versatile compression test jigs available in circular, square, and pin designs for applying pressure to specific areas. We provide a range of jig shapes and materials to suit different testing needs.

A-40/60,S-40/40-SL/60

A-40/60, S-40/40, and S-40/60 are disk-shaped compression plates with a 1000 N capacity.

PC-5040/5060/5100

PC-5040, PC-5060, and PC-5100 are disk-shaped jigs designed for high-load compression tests with a 5000 N capacity.

SQ-5030/5075/5150

SQ-5030, SQ-5075, and SQ-5150 are rectangular jigs designed for high-load compression tests with a 5000 N capacity.

SP-5010/5020/5030

SP-5010, SP-5020, and SP-5030 are spherical jigs designed for high-load compression tests with a 5000 N capacity.

PG-2/3/4/5

PG-2, PG-3, PG-4, and PG-5 are pin gauges for compression testing with a 200 N capacity.

UR series

The UR series is a urethane spherical compression jig with a 50 N capacity.

PAD series

The PAD series is a compression attachment with thick, soft padding on the contact surfaces. They are useful when you need to measure without damaging the sample, or when you want to reduce impact at the moment of contact and apply force more gently.

Special Purpose Compression Attachments

These jigs are designed for specific compression applications, including puncture tests that punch a hole through films or similar materials, three-point bending strength evaluations, and press tests where a set amount of pressure is applied.

CBJ-200N

The CBJ-200N is a cantilever bending test jig with a 200 N capacity. It is ideal for conducting bending tests on samples such as cutlery, cotton swabs, toothbrushes, needles, and similar items.

BT-500N/5000N/5000N-CB

BT-500N, BT-5000N, and BT-5000N-CB are 3-point bending test fixtures with capacities of 500 N and 5000 N.

PR-500N/2500N

PR-500N and PR-2500N are press test fixtures with a 2500 N capacity. They are ideal for durability tests on retort pouches and heat-sealed packaging.

TKS-20N/250N

TKS-20N/250N is a film puncture testing fixture with a 250N capacity. It is designed to measure the puncture strength of thin materials such as films.
