This motorized test stand is capable of measuring tensile force, compressive force, and torque within a single system. It is designed to apply rotational movement while simultaneously pressing down on the sample, making it suitable for applications such as insertion torque testing for screw-in wine corks, opening torque measurement of child-resistant caps, and screw tightening tests. It can also measure the tensile force produced during twisting. With built-in force control functionality, operations can be controlled based on tensile or compressive force and torque. When used with Force Recorder Plus software, all measurement values can be recorded at the same time and displayed in graph form.
Measures tensile force, compressive force, and torque within one integrated motorized test stand
Allows simultaneous measurement of tensile force with torque and compressive force with torque
Equipped with force control to manage the applied pushing force during torque testing
Delivers highly consistent and repeatable results thanks to stable test speed and controlled force direction
Can be customized to automatically start shaft rotation once a preset compressive force is reached
