The Peel Testing Module 2 is an optional plug-in designed for the Force Recorder Next series. After entering parameters such as the sample width and preferred conversion units in advance, the software automatically converts the measured force value (N) into peel strength (for example, N/mm) and displays the result immediately after the test is completed.

The module comes with pre-installed templates that comply with relevant testing standards for evaluating electronic circuit materials, including printed wiring boards (PWBs), flexible printed circuits (FPCs), copper clad laminates (CCLs), and electrical insulation adhesive tapes. These templates help simplify the testing process while ensuring compliance with the applicable industry standards.

Please Note:

A redemption code included with the Download Card Advanced is required to activate and download this module.
The Peel Testing Module 2 is not compatible with the floating license editions of the Force Recorder Next series, including Force Recorder Next Standard-FLT and Force Recorder Next Professional-FLT.

Measured force values are automatically converted into the predefined peel strength unit (such as N/mm) and displayed after the test. The sample width must be configured before measurement.
Enables peel strength evaluation of electronic circuit materials and electrical insulation adhesive tapes in accordance with standards including JIS and IEC. Preloaded standard-compliant templates make testing quick, consistent, and easy to perform.
Frequently used test settings, including calculation ranges and conversion units, can be saved as custom presets. This allows users to switch between different testing conditions effortlessly and improve workflow efficiency.
Converted peel strength results can be exported in multiple formats, including CSV files and professional test reports, making documentation and data sharing more convenient.
