Solutions

Shraddha Impex offers various kinds of solutions for all different kinds of industries and product quality testing needs. We not only understand your needs and challenges, but help develop a plan or approach that addresses and resolves the problem. Our goal is providing a solution to achieve a desired outcome and improve the quality of your products.

We have wide range of solutions for all kinds industries & products, thanks to our 30 years of experience working with our existing clients. Following is a brief description of the type of solutions we support.

Compression Test

A compression test is a type of mechanical test used to evaluate the compressive strength and behavior of materials under compressive loads. In a compression test, a sample of the material being tested is subjected to a controlled compressive force, and the response of the material is measured.

Compression tests are commonly used to evaluate materials such as Tablet crushing, Corrugated boxes, plastic, PET Bottles, heat sealed, food packs, spring, and more.

Compression test types include Hardness / Repulsion, Operating Force, Folding and Bending, Force Pressure Resistance, Puncture and Insertion Force, Shear Force, Closing Force, Pinching and Gripping Force

Tension Test

Tension test using an Imada force gauge, the sample being tested would be placed in a tensile testing machine, and the force gauge would be attached to the machine to measure the tensile force applied to the sample. The tensile force would be gradually increased until the sample fails, and the force gauge would measure the maximum force applied to the sample. The results of the test could then be used to determine the tensile strength of the material and to evaluate its behavior under tensile loads.

Imada force gauges are commonly used to perform tension tests in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, quality control, research and development, and education. They are suitable for testing a wide range of materials, including metals, ceramics, polymers, and composites.

Tension test categories include Tensile Strength, Joint Strength, Opening Force, Starting Resistance.

Compression-Tension Test

Imada force gauges can be used to perform compression-tension tests, which are a type of  test used to evaluate the compression Tension Test and behavior of materials under both compressive and tensile loads. In a compression-tension test, a sample of the material being tested is subjected to both compressive and tensile forces, and the response of the material is measured. The results of the test can be used to determine the compressive and tensile strength of the material, as well as its behavior under both compressive and tensile loads, compression-Tension Test.

Compression-tension testing types include Tack Test, Extraction/Insertion Test

Food Texture Test

Food texture testing is commonly used in the food industry to ensure that food products have the desired texture and mouthfeel, and to evaluate the impact of processing and storage conditions on food texture. It is also used in research and development to evaluate new food products and ingredients. Texture profile analysis-This method involves measuring the force required to compress, cut, or puncture a food sample, and is used to evaluate the Hardness, Chewiness, Softness, and other texture characteristics of the food.

Food texture testing types and categories include Hardness / Elasticity, Cutting Resistance, Stickiness and Smoothness

Torque Test

Torque tests are commonly used to evaluate components such as motors, gears, bearings, and fasteners, as well as systems such as drivetrains and transmission systems. They are used in a variety of applications, including quality control, research and development, and material selection. Torque tests can be performed using a variety of test equipment, including torque wrenches, load cells, and force gauges.

Torque testing types and categories include Turning Force, Operating Force Opening Force.

Peel Testing

Peel tests are commonly used to evaluate the adhesion of coatings, adhesives, and other materials that are bonded to a substrate. They are used in a variety of applications, including quality control, research and development, and material selection. Peel tests are performed in industries like solar, stationary, packaged food, circuits components.

Peel testing types and categories include T Peel Test, 45 degree Peel Test, 90 degree Peel Test, 180 degree Peel Test, Shear Test & many more.

Friction Test

A friction test is a type of mechanical test used to evaluate the friction or resistance to motion of a material or surface. In a friction test, a sample of the material or surface being tested is subjected to a controlled sliding or rubbing force, and the response of the material or surface is measured. The results of the test can be used to determine the friction coefficient of the material or surface.

Friction test types include: Coefficient of Friction
