Caution when choosing the right attachment / Installation size list

When selecting attachments, exercise caution by adhering to the following guidelines:
Ensure that the testing load remains within the attachment’s maximum load capacity.
The weight of the upper attachment should not surpass 10% of the load cell’s maximum capacity. In cases where the load cell has a limited capacity, it is advisable to calibrate the testing machine with the attachment in place.
Confirm the correct size of the connecting rod. A detailed chart specifying screw sizes for upper and lower attachments is provided below.
For testing materials with unique properties, it is highly recommended to perform sample tests to identify the most appropriate attachment.

Installing the upper fixture involves securing it to a load cell. Specific screw sizes are designated as follows:

Machines employing a load cell of 500N or less utilize a male screw on the machine side and a female screw on the fixture side.
Machines with a load cell exceeding 1kN use female screws on both machine and fixture sides.
The fixture side employs the male screw.

When a jig of the small capacity is installed with the additional load range, The joint screw is necessary.

At the foundation of the testing machine lies a surface plate equipped with a T-Groove, designed to secure the lower fixture.
Insert two T-slot nuts into the T-Groove, then fasten the fixture onto them with two bolts.
The specifications for the T-Groove dimensions and the appropriate bolt sizes are provided below.
Please note that the SV-55CB type only features screw holes for mounting. To utilize a T-Groove table, an additional option is required for the SV-55CB type.
