Versatile Tension Attachments

General-purpose tension test chuck jigs are used to hold films, wires, and various other parts or materials. They are available in multiple shapes and mechanisms to suit different testing needs.

GC series

The GC Series is a flat chuck with a 5000 N capacity, designed for a wide range of tension tests. Its wide opening makes it suitable for testing samples of various thicknesses, from thin to thick.

KC-100/1001/5000

KC-100/1001/5000 is a wedge grip with a capacity of up to 5000N. Its self-tightening wedge design increases clamping force as the sample is pulled.

PGC-0505/0510/2530

PGC-0505/0510/2530 is a pantograph grip with a 2500N capacity. Its wide opening and clothespin-style design make sample gripping easy.

FC-21/20/40/21U/41U/21UQ

FC-21/20/40/21U/41U/21UQ is a film grip with a 500N capacity. It is designed to hold films, paper and other thin materials securely

SC-3/8

SC-3/8 is a compact grip with a 150N capacity. It is suitable for tension testing of very small samples like fibers and hair.

FP-50/51

FP-50/51 is a fine point chuck with a 50N capacity. It is suited for tension testing of very small samples like fibers and hair.

GC-60/100

GC-60/100 is a roller grip with a 500N capacity. Allowing the sample to wrap around the rollers it helps reduce slippage and breakage.

WG-250N/1000N/5000N

WG-250N/1000N/5000N is a wire-winding grip with a capacity of up to 5000N. Its winding mechanism helps reduce sample breakage.

GP-15/30

GP-15/30 is a knurled cam grip designed with a 1000N capacity. Its cam mechanism helps prevent sample breakage, making it a great choice for tension testing soft and stretchable materials like wire and plastic.

GR-30/2000

GR-30/2000 is a cam grip with a 2000N capacity. Its one-touch clamping improves testing efficiency, making it well-suited for tension testing thin, rectangular samples.

Hooks

Hook jigs are designed for pulling and measuring samples. Special shapes are available for items like cardboard, hinge caps, and other specific materials.

SHF series

The SHF series is a double-arm hook with a 2500N capacity. It is suitable for tension testing cap-shaped samples and clamp terminals.

HFC-50N
