Most companies struggled to get dependable torque wrenches, force gauges, or calibration devices. By importing trusted international brands, the company slowly built a reputation for quality and consistency.
Years later, the business passed to the next generation, Kinjal Mehta and Shraddha Mehta. Growing up around the tools made them curious about the technical side, and as they stepped into the industry, they noticed how male-dominated it was. Instead of accepting that, they chose to reshape it.
Their bold decision was to build an all-women team. Not for show, but because they believed women fully belonged in technical spaces. They trained and supported women in every role: logistics, sales, calibrations, product demos, export documentation, inventory, and customer support. Some came with no industrial experience at all, but with patience and guidance, they grew into confident professionals who now run the operations end-to-end.
