Spring Rate Measurement Module

The Spring Rate Measurement Module is an exclusive add-on for the Force Recorder Next Professional. It enables automatic calculation of the spring rate—the force needed to compress or extend a spring—while displaying the measurement results and allowing data export to dedicated report templates or CSV files. The module supports three types of spring rate tests: compression, tension, and disc springs. *Requires the Download Card Basic.

Features of Spring Rate Measurement Module

For compression springs, calculate the spring rate between P1(%) and P2(%) after entering the total deflection of the sample.
For tension springs, calculate the spring rate between P1(%) and P2(%) after entering the maximum force applied to the sample.
For disc springs, calculate the force value at P1(%) after entering the total deflection of the sample. *Requires use of the Deflection Correction Function when measuring disc springs.
Spring rate and related parameters can be easily exported through dedicated report templates or CSV files.
