Accessory Attachments

 

 

Accessory attachments are included with a force gauge purchase. The type and material depend on the gauge model and its allowable force. They can also be ordered separately.

Standard Type Accessory Attachments

A-1/S-1/SR-1

The small hooks A-1 (100N), S-1 (500N), and SR-1 (1000N) are accessory attachments used to hold samples for tension testing.

A-2/S-2

The flat tips A-2 (100N) and S-2 (1000N) are accessory attachments used for compression testing.

A-3/S-3

The conical tips A-3 (100N) and S-3 (1000N) are accessory attachments used for penetration testing.

A-4/S-4

The chisel tips A-4 (100N) and S-4 (1000N) are accessory attachments used for cutting tests.

A-5/S-5

The notched tips A-5 (100N) and S-5 (1000N) are accessory attachments used for compression testing of samples like spherical or cylindrical materials, where position guidance is needed to prevent rolling.

A-6/S-6

The extension shafts A-6 (100N) and S-6 (1000N) are accessory attachments. Other attachments can be mounted on their tip to reduce the distance between the sample and the attachment.

A-7/S-7

The large hooks A-7 (100N) and S-7 (1000N) are accessory attachments designed for tension testing of cylindrical samples, using their wide inner diameter to hook the samples.

A-8/S-8

The Y hooks A-8 (100N) and S-8 (1000N) are accessory attachments. Their Y shape applies force at two points for stable measurement, making them ideal for simulating the action of hooking a sample with fingers.

The B-6 extension shaft is a high-capacity accessory with a 5000N limit. Other attachments can be mounted on its tip to reduce the distance between the sample and the attachment.

B-7

The B-7 handle is a high-capacity attachment with a 5000N limit. It allows large forces to be applied steadily by hand.

B-8

The B-8 mounting bolt is a high-capacity accessory with a 5000N limit. It is used to mount high-capacity force gauges on a test stand.
